Fall and Real Estate

Hard to believe it is September already. But temperatures have dropped and there is a smell of fall in the air.

Fall is a great time to buy and sell property. The peopel that needed to move prior to school have done so leaving the market open for new buyers. Rates continue low and with the problems down in LA will probably remain so for awhile. The rapid escalation of prices has stalled, but only a bit. So with 406 properties listed in the MLS here there is inventory and excellent choices (though ramblers continue in tight supply).
